We provide prompt, secure delivery services all across the United Arab Emirates. Each package is carefully padded to make sure your beautiful handmade accessories and clothing arrive in perfect condition.
1. Delivery Rates
Standard UAE Shipping
Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, UAQ, RAK, Fujairah
AED 20.00
Free for orders over 150 AED
2. Delivery Timescales
Total delivery time includes both processing (production) time and transit shipping:
- Processing (Handmade production): 2 to 4 business days.
- Courier Shipping Transit: 1 to 2 business days once dispatched.
- Total timeframe: You can expect your beautiful package within 3 to 6 business days.
3. Delivery Attempts & Scheduling
Our delivery partner will contact you via phone or WhatsApp prior to dispatch to schedule the delivery. If the delivery fails due to multiple unanswered calls or unreachable locations, the parcel will be held at the courier depot for scheduling before returning to us.
4. Remote Areas
Certain far western or remote areas of Abu Dhabi (e.g. Ruwais, Ghuwaifat) or mountainous regions may experience slightly longer shipping transit times (up to 4 days) and may require scheduling coordinates. If so, our team will coordinate directly with you.
